Full Focus on Hyland Product Implementation Solutions. Work with System Administrators, Network Administrators, API Developers, Product Owner’s, IT Security, End Users/Execs to build solutions around Hyland Workflows for individual department needs. Involved from the point of design to project completion to make sure the Hyland Software is available, secure & able to do the request and licensed properly. Trained individuals to maintain the solutions as I managed the overall OnBase environment’s stability & security for end users. Install from Scratch & Upgrade OnBase environments. (Database, Application, Web, File, FT Search, etc.) *Have installed the following OnBase Versions. 15 & EP1. Have Upgraded from 15 to 17 in 3 environments. Work closely with Hyland Sales Rep for new licenses and yearly maintenance invoices Provide Networking Topologies with req. ports for Network & Security Teams for proposed OnBase projects. Proactive monitor OnBase/AnyDoc environments using Nagios & Splunk Implemented/maintain a fleet of 1,000 desktop scanners, along with 3 centralized high production scanners for centralized invoicing, AnyDoc OCR. Work with Systems Teams to push out Unity Clients and manage permissions for end users. Implemented workflow AP (Accounts Payable) Workflow solution with help from Hyland Advanced Services to implement with our custom ERP system. My largest workflow I support is the entire flow of an invoice from being scanned at store level through approvals to ERP which processed over 20k invoices weekly.
